Discover a blend of natural beauty, stunning ocean views, and unforgettable ruins on your trek through the Yucatan Peninsula. Start on the island of Cozumel. Then, set off across the waters and spend just a couple days at Playa del Carmen. Explore the rich history of Mérida, and the Mayan ruins in the area. Spend an evening in the picturesque Valladolid. Near the end of the vacation, spend a couple nights in the exhilarating Cancún.

Your Itinerary
Day 1: Playa del Carmen – Tour Begins
Start your tour by arriving in Playa del Carmen, the hub of the Riviera Maya. Get to know your fellow travellers at the welcome dinner.
Day 2: Playa del Carmen
Enjoy a beach day on the famous Cozumel, located just a short ferry ride in the Caribbean Sea.
Optional Excursion: Come along and enjoy the Mayan ruins of San Gervasio. If you are lucky, you may spot the local iguana population!
Day 3: Playa del Carmen
Enjoy another beach day!
Optional Excursion: Explore the hidden gem of Cenote Chaak Tun, and swim in the underground caverns.
Day 4: Playa del Carmen – Mérida
Traverse across the Yucatan Peninsula, and find yourself in the capital of the Yucatan state: Mérida. Here you will explore its rich Mayan history.
Day 5: Mérida
Spend a free day roaming Mérida, exploring shops and local scenery.
Optional Excursion: Or, explore the UNESCO World Heritage site of Chichen Itza, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.”
Day 6: Mérida
Explore this historically rich city, centring exploration around Plaza Grande. You will see historical landmarks such as: the Palacio Municipal, the Catedral de San Ildefonso, Museos Fernando García Ponce and Casa Montejo, and more!
Day 7: Mérida- Valladolid
Upon saying goodbye to Mérida, you take off to the yellow city of Izamal. After a wonderful afternoon, spend the evening in the historical city of Valladolid.
Day 8: Valladolid – Cancún
After a nice breakfast, take off to the tourist centre of Mexico: Cancún!
Day 9: Cancún
Taking a beach day! Nothing says Cancún like spending time in the water.
Optional Excursion: Diving is very popular in Cancún. Visit the unique Underwater Art Museum. Visit either in a glass submarine, or if you are certified, as a SCUBA diver.
Day 10: Cancún – Tour Ends
Enjoy the farewell breakfast, and then take the wonderful memories of your vacation with you home!
